Fellow SP5-ians,
In 2002 the big hoarding on the hill near the highway caught our eyes and we started our journey with Seri Putra. We came, had a look and fell in love with the place and booked our home in SP5. The rest as they say it is history. We had 7 great years in SP5 with wonderful neighbours and whole lot of memories. Sadly all good things come to an end as we will be moving out soon, hence the purpose of this email.
We are seeking your help to spread the word to your friends/relatives should anyone wants to be part of the most happening community in SP. We are putting up the house for sale but will only be moving out around Sept/Oct. (Just a stone throw away from all of you).
The house, 32, Jalan SP 5/5 ( 22' x 80' – 2007 square feet )
1. Had it's hall renovated to make it bigger, with tiles in front porch and behind of the house
2. Big Kitchen Cabinet with solid table top
3. Built in Cabinets in Master Bedroom

5. 2 Huge sets of IKEA Cupboard

8. 2 bed sets
9. 2 heaters
Asking price for the house is 420K ( neg ).
